Meaningful community

Real connection across ages, backgrounds, experiences, and stages of life.

Why this community exists

It started with one successful ceiling fan.

After paying for home repairs and wondering whether she could learn to do some of the work herself, founder Johnnise C. Tisdale picked up the tools, made mistakes, and kept trying. When that first ceiling fan worked, the confidence was bigger than the project. She Builds & Shares was created to help more women experience that feeling.
